Dr. Harry Motro
Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist – Founder & Clinical Director
Dr. Motro brings decades of marriage, leadership, and clinical insight to the work of healing betrayal.
With equal parts structure and heart, he helps neurodiverse couples steady the shaky ground beneath them—and rebuild something more honest, more connected, and more resilient than before.
Guiding Couples Through the Wreckage
Gray hair, battle scars, and a refusal to sugar-coat anything—that’s what I bring.
Along with a lot of compassion for the pain you're going through!
When a couple walks in shell-shocked, I ground them, map out our Seven-Step Roadmap, and lead them one decision at a time toward something stronger than “back to normal.”
Why I Built a Neurodiverse-Focused Affair Recovery Center
Typical models assume both partners process emotion, language, and sensory input the same way.
They don’t.
Autistic–allistic couples kept getting labeled “resistant” when the real issue was mismatched wiring.
But everyone still has to do the work. My job is to help you find a way to do that.
Our center fixes that: same seven steps, delivered with neuro-specific pacing, tools, and metrics.
What to Expect with Me at the Helm:
-
Coordination: I align every individual and couple session so no one heals in a silo.
-
Structure: clear goals, milestone tracking, and no drift into endless processing.
-
Straight talk: comfort never outranks truth, but empathy never gets ignored.
